General Information

• Prices are subject to change per service agreement and additional services that may be provided on site.

  • For questions / concerns regarding concepts, kindly book a consultation call

  • Preparation - We require clients to be prepared in terms of having saved or created ideas. Make up and Hair done by professionals or up to clients standards. Outfits tried on prior to shoot to ensure fit. Poses saved and practiced. Crew will be at hand for any and all help but we will hold client responsible for preparation.

  • For clients who are indecisive on the type of look / Background to go for, we can help setup / pick what is best for you on the day of.

  • Clients are advised to book their sessions 2 weeks in advance to the needed dates due to the busy schedule of the photographer. However edits can be expedited at an additional cost. See prices under various packages.

  •Clients MUST download delivered unedited images (proofs) / final images as they get them, the link expires after 7 days and may not be re-uploaded.

Payment and Fees

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

• Remaining balances must be paid immediately after the scheduled session.

• Any sessions after 10 P.M. will require an overtime fee of $50 per session.

•Sessions start at the time you booked, so if you are late, you will not receive the full time. (If the photographer is late, the session starts when the photographer start shooting with the exception of event photography where the client will be refunded for time missed.)

Rescheduling, Late Fees, and Cancellation.

• A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling to the studio for their appointment. Note : Our late fee of So will be applied after 15 minutes. • If your shoot / session requires us to setup any special sets, you will be charged for any additional time used.

• If you wish to cancel/reschedule your session 48-hours or earlier, FocusFrame’s Photography will honor the deposit as it can be applied/credited to future sessions.

This serves as a waiver and reminder that the photographer owns 100% rights to each and every photograph. By proceeding to book your desired session, you've read and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
