BOOKING POLICY: 

At the time of booking, it’s a non-refundable deposit for any service required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session deposit can be made through the Website, and Zelle: (347)262-3679. Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the deposit is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Deposits that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the FocusFrame’s Photography policies. 

IMAGE POLICY:

Image proofs are returned to client 1-3 days after being taken. Unedited proof images are watermarked. Images takes up to 5-10 Business days (Monday-Friday) to be edited from the time of photo selection, and are subject to extension depending on project size. Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, products, or other information (collectively, the "Work Product") developed in whole or in part by FocusFrame’s Photography in connection with the Services will be the exclusive property of FocusFrame’s Photography. Upon request, FocusFrame’s Photography will execute all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of FocusFrame’s Photography to the Work Product.

With years of experience in photography, from simple product shots to large scale fashion and editorial shoots, the most important thing I can offer you is my knowledge. I know what makes a picture work and once I have listened to you, I will know how to make it work for you. I am here to create and expand hair, makeup, cosmetic, and model portfolios.

What are my main services?

Photography: From my equipped studio i specialize in commercial photography for Advertising. Visit my menus above to see the range of work that I photograph. Retouching: My skills in retouching are often applied to enhance a portrait shot or add some magical special effect to an ad-campaign or even knock a few years off a person! The digital age has changed the tools and the rules and opens up a wealth of further creative abilities. The photographer provides creative direction & poses for ALL clients.

Photoshoot Requirements:

(These requirements may NOT apply to all clients, but it solely depends on the "look" you would like to achieve for the photoshoot) All:

  • Hair - Hair & edges must be laid flat. Edges MUST be present.

  • Makeup - Make up must be blended & beat down to the new ground you are about to walk on.

  • Nails & Toes - Same color.

  • Shaved/Waxed - Everything.

In order to assure fast delivery time the client must:

  1. Check email frequently for link to photos

  2. Bring laptop or USB on photoshoot date for instant transfer of RAW photos.

  3. Send back the photo file name of the pictures that they would want edited ASAP (EXAMPLE: "WSY_#")


Items Lost/Misplaced:

  • The photographer is not responsible for any items lost in the studio. However, if an item is misplaced the photographer will help the client to find any items that might have been misplaced or missing after the shoot.

COVID-19:

  • ALL Clients must sanitize hands at the door.

  • No extras allowed on the set at your photoshoot if they are not being photographed. ( extras will have to be in Sitting area )

  • Images will pop up on the monitor to reduce any close contacts.

  • Temperature checks may also be conducted.
